We didn’t announce a release date. We didn’t tease it track by track. We didn’t build a countdown or run an ad or ask anyone for permission.

We just put it out.

Shakedown — thirteen songs, no filler, built the way the coast works: slow pressure, then one big wave. It started as a handful of voice memos and a legal pad full of half-lines and ended up as the thing you can go listen to right now on Spotify, Apple Music, or wherever you get your music.

Every track on this record came from somewhere real. A bar tab. A long drive down US-70. Something somebody said at the wrong time that turned out to be exactly right. We didn’t chase a sound. We chased the feeling — that particular kind of loose and honest that only shows up after midnight when nobody’s performing for anyone.
